About Me

Lewis teaches Transcendental Meditation® (TM), a simple, natural, and effortless technique practised for 20 minutes twice a day, sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. 

TM allows the mind to settle inward from the active thinking level to quieter and quieterlevels of thinking until it reaches a state of pure consciousness. This experience is deeply restful and relaxing to both body and mind, and facilitates the release of stress and fatigue that may have accumulated over time, supporting greater ease, clarity, and balance in everyday life. 

Lewis learned TM in Glasgow in 2012 at a turning point in his life and experienced immediate and lasting benefits. He teaches TM through a structured 4-day course, combining personalised one-to-one instruction with a blend of in-person sessions and supportive online learning via the TM app.

Lewis offers free introductory sessions every Monday at 12:30pm and 7:00pm, which can be booked here.

He works with people from all backgrounds and sees TM as a gentle, supportive complement to counselling and psychological therapies, helping to establish inner stability and wellbeing alongside the therapeutic process.
