Affordable, relational therapy in South West London
Launching September 2026
Our Purpose
There is a group of people who quietly fall through the cracks.
You may not qualify for charity-based support.
But private therapy may feel financially out of reach.
The Middle Ground Therapy Service exists for you.
What is The Middle Ground Therapy Service?
The Middle Ground Therapy Service (MGTS) is a fixed-fee counselling service based in Fourth West London.
We offer structured, face-to-face therapy delivered by carefully selected trainee therapists in the advanced stages of their training. All therapists receive regular, high-quality supervision to ensure safe and ethical practice.
This is not crisis support.
It is thoughtful, relational therapy offered within a clear and supportive framework.
When Does It Launch?
The Middle Ground Therapy Service will begin accepting referrals in September 2026.
You can join the waiting list now and we will contact you when assessment appointments become available.
-
All clients begin with an assessment session.
If MGTS feels appropriate for you, you will be matched with a trainee therapist for an initial block of 12 weekly sessions.
At the end of each block, you and your therapist will review the work together and decide whether to continue with a further block.
This structure allows therapy to feel purposeful and contained while still remaining open to ongoing work where helpful.
-
Sessions are offered at a fixed, reduced rate to make therapy more financially accessible while maintaining professional standards.
Full fee information will be released prior to launch.
If you would like to be notified when referrals open, you can join the waiting list below.
