About Me

Yesim is a humanistic and integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) with nearly two decades of experience, including work within the NHS, supporting adults, young people, children and parents. Her approach is person-centred, relational, and integrative, informed by Gestalt, attachment-based and psychodynamic therapy. Therapy with her focuses on developing greater awareness of bodily experience, emotional patterns, relationships, and the choices that influence quality of life.

Her work supports clients in exploring their sense of self, reconnecting with their natural capacity for balance and regulation, and moving toward greater integration and wholeness. She believes meaningful change emerges through a trusting therapeutic relationship in the here and now, where empathy, safety, and authentic presence create space for reflection and growth.
