Alicia Bailey

About Me

Alicia’s approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that therapy can offer a safe and compassionate space where people feel truly heard, understood, and supported as they make sense of their experiences and move towards growth.

Alicia offers a gentle, reflective form of talking therapy that allows people to explore their concerns, difficulties, and life challenges in depth, but at their own pace. She uses an integrative approach, combining ideas from several therapeutic traditions. This means she can adapt the work to suit each person, whether you need space to talk, help understanding emotions, or support making changes in your life.

She works with people who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, or the complex feelings that Cana rise when caring for an elderly or seriously ill loved one. Therapy can offer an empathetic and dependable environment to slow things down, make sense of what you are carrying, and begin to understand the patterns that may be shaping how you feel and relate.
