Fiona Masson
About Me
I am a BACP-registered Integrative CBT Therapist and Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist, specialising in anxiety, stress, overwhelm and self-doubt.
Anxiety can feel exhausting and confusing. Throughout my years of practice, I have come to understand that anxiety often responds best to a tailored approach—one that helps you understand how your brain and nervous system respond to stress, while giving you practical tools and strategies for lasting change.
My compassionate, down-to-earth approach combines CBT and Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Drawing on insights from neuroscience, I can help you understand the connection between your mind and body, and explore how small, practical steps can make a meaningful difference in easing anxiety.
I also draw on ideas and techniques from compassion-focused therapy, parts work and guided imagery. These gentle, supportive approaches can help us explore your inner world and understand unhelpful patterns and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck.
Together, we can make sense of what is happening and explore practical ways to help you move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
