Priscila Santos
About Me
Priscila is an integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
People may come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or uncertain about what they want. They may also feel as though they are caught in patterns that seem difficult to change. Others may be struggling with relationships, loss, self-criticism, loneliness or the feeling that something in their life is no longer right, even if they cannot yet articulate this clearly.
Priscila takes a relational approach based on a person-centred foundation, drawing on psychodynamic and existential perspectives. She considers not only what is happening in the present, but also the relationships, life experiences, and recurring patterns that may shape how one feels, relates, and responds.
Her approach is thoughtful, collaborative and exploratory, providing space to understand repeated difficulties, emotional responses and the meanings attached to them. Where appropriate, she may also incorporate creative, experiential and reflective resources into the therapeutic process.
Sessions are available in English and Portuguese.
