Luchie Cawood

About Me

Luchie is a qualified coach who works with people who feel stuck, are facing change, have been through a difficult personal chapter, or have reached a point where they are questioning what they want next – but aren't quite sure how to go about it.

Her approach is warm, thoughtful and practical. She creates space for clients to step back from the noise and expectations around them, make sense of what is really going on, and explore what feels right for them. From there, coaching can help turn that greater clarity into realistic and meaningful change.

Her work spans both personal and professional life. Sometimes there is a clear goal or decision to work towards; at other times, the starting point is simply a feeling that something isn't quite working as it is. She works collaboratively, helping clients explore different perspectives, recognise what may be getting in the way and identify a way forward that feels genuinely their own.

Qualifications & Experience

Luchie is a qualified Executive Coach, holding a Certificate in Coaching from the University of Cambridge, a Certificate in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching from Harvard Medical School, and the Recovery Coach Professional qualification from CCAR. She is accredited by the Association for Coaching. She is currently completing a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Integrative Counselling.

Her coaching experience spans work with adults at very different stages of their personal and professional lives, from those beginning their careers through to senior leaders and CEOs. She coaches around career development and change, leadership, confidence, decision-making, relationships, identity and significant life transitions.

She also has extensive experience working with children and families, which gives her a particular understanding of the transitions that can accompany family life - becoming a parent, children starting or changing school, shifting family dynamics and children becoming more independent or leaving home.

Luchie also brings significant experience from outside coaching, having spent many years owning and running a group of independent schools in London. This gives her first-hand understanding of leadership, managing people, making difficult decisions and navigating periods of change, as well as the realities of balancing professional and personal life.
