About Me

Sophia is a BACP-registered relational integrative counsellor and psychotherapist offering therapy in Clapham Junction, South West London, and online. She believes that no single therapeutic approach suits everyone; instead, the right way forward depends on each person’s history, needs, and the challenges they are facing in the present moment.

As an integrative therapist, Sophia draws from several evidence-based modalities to create a personalised and responsive therapeutic experience:

  • Humanistic Therapy - supporting self-awareness, personal growth, and the removal of emotional blocks holding you back.

  • Psychodynamic Therapy - exploring how past experiences, attachment patterns, and the unconscious mind influence current thoughts, feelings, and relationships.

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - helping you understand the link between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours and develop practical coping strategies to shift unhelpful patterns.

Sophia is passionate about offering every client a bespoke, creative, and deeply attuned therapeutic approach that honours the uniqueness of their lived experience.
