About Me
Hannah is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, with over 16 years of post-qualification experience working in the NHS and privately. She uses a range of therapeutic approaches to support people to understand what is making them feel stuck or distressed and work towards sustainable change. She specialises in treating people with post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, work stress, and depression.
She will work with you to understand how your past impacts you, but focuses on helping you make current changes to improve your quality of life at a pace that works for you.
She values authenticity, professionalism, compassion, safety, and acceptance.
Qualifications & Experience
Hannah is a registered member of the Health Care Professionals Council [HCPC] and an accredited member of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists [BABCP]. In addition to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy she has also been using Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing [EMDR] since 2014 to treat trauma and other difficulties rooted in memories that have not yet been properly processed.
Whilst she primarily works with adults on a 1-1 basis, she has also managed large teams and has worked in the field of organisational mental health for many years, so can provide a systemic understanding of workplace stress and dynamics. She can also offer group-based support in workplaces.
She is experienced in working with people who have a temporary, and specific concern as well as those who have more long-standing patterns that make daily life hard to navigate.
She is supervisor-trained and has been supervising peers in the psychological professions since 2012.

Therapy Mode
Face-to-face on a Thursday evening. (Flexible if travelling to organisation bases for group work) or online.
